Using cutting edge freeze-drying technology, we bring out the highest quality flavour and aromatics from our coffee beans! This coffee has been harvested directly and ethically from a coffee farm in Da Lat, Vietnam. Sugar and non-dairy creamer are already added to the mix. Perfect for freelancers, those with fast-paced lifestyles and those in work from home situations.
The Premium instant mix is smoother, creamier and sweeter than our Traditional mix. It will taste more "light" on the tongue.

FREEZE DRYING COFFEE: Our coffee beans are first roasted and ground, then dissolved into hot water. Using this method, the coffee flavour, aromatics and colour are extracted from the coffee grounds and a highly concentrated liquor is achieved.
After filtration, the coffee extract is dried to get the solid soluble coffee. The liquor is frozen to about -40°C to form a thin layer that is then broken into tiny pieces. These granules are then loaded into the freeze-dryer.
Flavour notes include hints of coconut.
1. Scoop 2 tablespoons of mix into a cup.
2. Add 5 tablespoons (75 ml) of hot water into the cup.
3. Stir and enjoy!

1. Scoop 4 tbsp of instant mix into a cup.
2. Pour 10 tbsp of hot water into the same cup and stir.
3. Add 1 or 2 tbsp of condensed milk. Stir.
4. Add ice. Stir and enjoy!
